 Trax
being the massive show it is means camping or early departure from home!!!!
The majority of us guys decided to go early hours of the morning which meant
getting up at 2.45am (yes early morning) which was very testing for all concerned.
There were however some who got up earlier still and left Scunthorpe at 2.00am
in the morning to make sure they were at Trax and definitely gonna be in early.
Myself and Jo had to get our kids Jess and Lewis up but that turned out to
be easier than we thought it would be, as they found it to be a big adventure
and travelled down to Trax giggling at Scooby Doo on dvd which was great and
allowed us to relax a little on the way down in our little MAXD convoy. On arrival at Trax we got into our places and the whole area was a mass of Maxd members frantically cleaning their beloved motors ready to be judged by each other for a bevy of Maxd trophies which everybody was anxious to win!!! 
 The
weather was glorious and this encouraged people to put in a little more effort
than usual with some having their own helping crew!! Altough the area we were
placed in was a reasonable area and nice and flat it was as last year, miles
away from all the main show which did upset us and a few of the members especially
as we walked around and saw lots of concrete areas empty in the main show
area!!! |

| After all the hard work polishing and presenting
their motors the judging slips were counted and the results were supprising
for quite a few people!! The top three in each class are listed below with
the amount of vote slips they achieved. |
